Plan It - Don't Panic menu plan week 6



This week's menu plan

Monday - Easy roast chicken, sweet and sour beets and onions. (Making use of the beetroot I harvested from my garden yesterday.)

Tuesday -  Butter chicken soup (with chickpeas) and toast.


Wednesday - (I'm going out for dinner.)

Thursday - 
Grilled pork slices, potato gratin, side vegetables in a homemade honey mustard dressing.

Friday - Chinese chicken and cabbage on rice (Sophie Gray recipe).

Saturday - 
Soaked tortilla wraps with Mexican mince (from freezer) and salad fixings.

Sunday - Beef curry with cashew nuts (Joan Bishop's slow cooker recipe)
