Tuesday's tip - Slice and store extra cheese

If you go through lots of sliced cheese in a week, it's worth your while to slice a whole lot at once and store it in an airtight container in your refrigerator.

That way it's ready to pull out when you need it, and you don't have to go through the hassle of getting out the cheese slicer every time you want to fix a sandwich.

It also might help you avoid the temptation to buy processed pre-sliced cheese from the supermarket. And any efforts to stay away from overly processed foods will result in better health for you and your family.
