I...Thanks Emma, great details for the uninitiated! I've been using the moon cup for about 5 years and wouldn't go back to tampons for all the reasons you stated. Thanks for the water bottle tip, that is the only tricky part I've found, also the toilets at my work don't have an individual basin, which is inconvenient.
