Weekly menu plan # 11 - Why it pays to stay on plan

I got a bit derailed from the Trim Healthy Mama way of eating this weekend and boy did I pay for it:

My energy levels plummeted; I became grumpy, tired and bloated; And I started craving chocolate in a big way.

Not cool Emma! Not cool.

Here's my menu plan for this week. You can see what I ate on Sunday that was not Trim Healthy Mama-esque. But I'm getting back on plan now and hoping to see my energy levels bounce back up as a result.
